Special screening “Pédale Rurale” (with director Antoine Vazquez)

Meet at L’Atalante for a special screening of the documentary Pédale Rurale, with director Antoine Vazquez in attendance, as part of the LGBTQi+ film festival Focales.

The film follows Benoît in rural Dordogne, near the village where he grew up. Between nature, solitude and vibrant self-expression, he builds his own refuge and learns to push back against old scars. As queer lives in the countryside start resonating together, the idea of organizing a Pride takes shape—an intimate, powerful story of resistance, healing and celebration.
