Expect a Pilates class in the morning, a talk about building a surfer’s identity, a beach clean-up with the Save La Mermaid association, an aquatic walk with Capbreton’s coastal rescue team, Zumba, chill moments… and of course surfing (with a competition for the most motivated) throughout the day.
