European Night of Museums at the Guéthary Museum – guided storytelling walk “Julie’s Stories”

For the European Night of Museums, the Guéthary Museum stays open late for an evening designed to surprise, bring people together, and energize the place. From 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, enjoy a nocturnal museum atmosphere made for curiosity, wandering, and fresh perspectives on the artworks.

A highlight of the night: “Julie’s Stories”. Trained in Art History, Julie is a storyteller who builds bridges between artworks and words through a guided walk that invites you to travel and engage all your senses. She blends Italian folktales from her own collection with the resonance of the pieces on display, exploring how art shapes our personal and collective imagination. Come with friends or family for a playful, poetic way to experience the museum after dark.
